Zipline Freestyle Mogul Skis

I recently purchased a pair of Zipline's Freestyle Mogul Skis for my son and was very impressed by the company's responsiveness and short time to deliver. I inspected the skis upon delivery and they had no defects and are clearly high-quality. I'm really looking forward to my son putting these to use this coming season.

Zipline is a rare business that genuinely cares about the quality of their products and their customers. We had ordered the 150 cm mogul skis for my 11 yr old which is way too long for her height. So we placed another order for 140 cm and shortly received a email notification that there is a delay in delivery. Then unexpectedly Chuck calls me on the phone to explain the reason for the delay and that they are improving the quality of the skis by adding plastic caps on the skis. He asked when I need them and kept in constant contact to update the process. They also quickly refunded the 150 cm skis within days. Although my daughter didn’t get the skis in time for one competition but she put it to good use for the following comp. She absolutely loves her new skis. Amazing customer service where I get the sense they love what they do. Thank you again Chuck!

Amazing. I will 100% by from Zipline again! And I had purchased an introductory pair of mogul skis for my son last year and unfortunately, they broke within that first year. I reached out to Chuck at Zipline to explain the situation. He got back to me within 24 hours and said he would be happy to replace the skis under warranty.
This is the definition of customer service 101! No hassle, no haggling, no negotiation. Small businesses like this need our support, especially when they’re so quick to do the right thing. I will absolutely be going back for ski poles, mogul pants, and other needs I know we will have.

My son loves the skis, the customer service was great, looking forward to seeing the skis perform in the moguls.
